Joerg Leonhardt is Head of Human Factors Department at DFS (German Air navigation service). He holds a Master Degree in Social Work (MSW) and a Master Degree in Human Factors and System Safety, Lund University, Sweden. He is family therapist, CISM trainer (ICISF) and Director of the ICISF European Office. He developed the DFS CISM program and conducted peer trainings for several ANSPs throughout Europe. His areas of interest are Resilience Engineering, System Safety, Human contribution to improve System Safety, HF and Safety Culture.
