Tom Kelly joined BAA in 2007 as Communications Director. Following a career in journalism and broadcasting with the BBC, Tom became Director of Communications at the Northern Ireland Office from 1998 to 2001 and then worked with Tony Blair as the Prime Minister's official spokesman until 2007.

Radical change and improvement can emerge from defining moments. It is vital to approach problems strategically as a single team and to use momentum positively. Problems must not be denied and pretending to have a solution is not the answer.
