Helen Rycraft has degrees in engineering, psychology and an MBA and has worked in organizational and human performance since the 1980s using and developing assessment and improvement methods for different types of nuclear facilities. This included various management and specialist roles within nuclear organisations and working with other organizations such as International Atomic Energy Agency & World Association of Nuclear Operations, INPO and working closely with the researchers inside universities and consulting companies to improve the practice of human factor techniques in a working environment. She now works for the Magnox Ltd corporate EHSS&Q department where she is the Head of Profession for Organisational Learning and Human Factors and acts as the ÔIntelligent CustomerÕ for the company.
