Martin Fletcher is The Former Chief Executive of the National Patient Safety Agency. Originally from Australia, Martin has a twenty five year background in health policy and management with a particular focus on improving the safety and quality of health care. Prior to joining the NPSA in 2007, Martin worked with the World Health Organisation where he played a major role in establishing a global programme on patient safety.
