David Prior is Chairman of the Governors of Ormiston Victory Academy and Chairman of the proposed Isaac Newton Free School. David’s illustrious career began after graduating from Cambridge University and qualifying as a barrister, after which he worked as an Associate with Lehman Brothers and Lazard Freres. David went on to spend the next 15 years working as a Senior Executive within British Steel, before entering politics when he was elected as MP for North Norfolk in 1997. David has been the Vice-Chairman, Deputy Chairman and CEO of the Conservative Party, as well as being on the Select Committee for Trade and Industry. In 2002 David became Chairman of the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and a Director of Aurelian Oil and Gas Plc., before taking his current position at the Ormiston Victory Academy. James Titcombe is the National Advisor on Patient Safety, Culture & Quality at CQC. A former project manager in the nuclear industry, James’s fight for answers over the death of his baby son Joshua at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust led to an independent inquiry being set up
